Recommended intake & notes


The maximum recommended daily amount is 20 ml

For initial consumption, we recommend drinking GladiatorPLUS daily for a longer period (40-80 days). Subsequently, continuous consumption 3 times a week is recommended. The drinking amount can be adjusted to personal needs within the recommended intake. Example: 1x daily 20 ml in the morning or 10 ml each in the morning and afternoon, stirred into 20 - 50 ml of still water or juice, or drunk neat.
