Permanent care, regular ongoing support beyond the usual scope are not part of the online consultation and require a separate agreement or new booking.

Due to high workload, it may take a few days for the evaluation!

You provide us with all the information you consider important (preferably by email). You communicate your concern and your question to us. After reviewing the information and documents, we will advise you by phone or email, depending on the agreement.

This online consultation for horses is conducted by a licensed veterinarian and serves for veterinary consultation, progress assessment, and professional evaluation based on the information, pictures, videos, and findings provided by the animal owner.

Diagnoses and therapy decisions are made exclusively within the legally permissible scope of telemedicine consultation.

This online consultation does not replace a complete on-site veterinary examination.

The online consultation offered serves exclusively for general information, prevention, and support in the areas of feeding, husbandry, management, and dental health of horses.
